  1. Thanks for sharing this list, I intend to check it all out. I share in your love for Brene Brown 🙂 I just watched Lissa’s Ted Talk and really loved it as well.
    A book I keep on my nightstand, called Peace is Every Step by Thich Nhat Hahn, it’s very inspiring, all about being mindful.
    If you are interested in yoga, I highly recommend yoga with Adriene who can be found on youtube! She is wonderful.
    Looking forward to some good reading material 🙂
